Ryan Castilloux is an MBA-educated geologist and reputed industry analyst leading Adamas Intelligence’s research, consulting, and subscription services.
He leads our work with critical minerals producers, OEMs, government agencies and financial institutions on six continents.
Ryan is a well-respected thought leader and preeminent authority on issues related to rare earth elements and battery materials.
Alla Kolesnikova
Alla Kolesnikova is the Head of Data and Analytics at Adamas Intelligence where she manages internal databases, analytics and a handful of client-facing subscription services.
Prior to joining Adamas Intelligence in 2018, Alla was a Product Owner working under the Chief Risk Officer at ING Bank headquarters in the Netherlands.
Alla has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, and an international MBA in finance.
Frik Els
Frik makes and breaks news by tapping into the vast Adamas Intelligence database covering the global electric vehicle industry analyzing critical developments and discovering key trends in the EV, battery, motor and metals industries.
Frik has 20 years’ experience as a business journalist covering a range of industries including natural resources, automotive, technology, and investment.

Chris Williams
Chris is an Analyst at Adamas Intelligence focused on the global lithium industry. He researches and analyzes the lithium value chain to uncover actionable opportunities for clients.
Chris has 11-years experience in mining and oil & gas operations optimization, delivering value from data intensive insight generation.
He completed his Bachelor and Masters of Engineering at the University of Queensland, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration at the University of British Columbia.
James Tekune
James is an Associate at Adamas Intelligence focused on the global rare earths industry. He tracks and analyzes exploration and development projects, emerging rare earth processors and recyclers, and end-users around the world.
James has experience in mining and geophysics in the nickel, iron and gold sectors.
He completed his Bachelors of Science (Hons) in Geology at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. He also holds credentials in Finance and Geographic Information Science.
Meg Black
Meg is a Research Assistant at Adamas Intelligence focused on the global battery metals and materials industry. She supports ongoing research related to electric vehicles, battery technology, regulations, battery metals and materials and gigafactories.
Meg has 5 years experience leading research for various media companies.
She completed his Bachelors of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology at University of Western Ontario. She also holds credentials in Corporate Communication and PR.
Elizabeth Abbott
Elizabeth is a Business Development Assistant at Adamas Intelligence where she is the first point of contact for the prospective and current clients. Elizabeth also supports the organization and execution of in-person and online events.
Elizabeth has over 10 years experience in administrative and client-facing roles across various industries.
Prior to joining Adamas Intelligence, Elizabeth was a Senior Lifestyle Consultant at Aspire Lifestyles, providing immediate assistance to a plethora of high-profile clients.
